Software License Agreement

This Software License Agreement governs the terms of use, modification, and deployment rights for all source code, PHP scripts, plugins, UI boilerplates, and web applications distributed through the Mr Arslan CEO NextGen Web Agency marketplace.

1 Standard Single-Application License

Unless explicitly designated as Extended or Multi-Client, each source code package purchased or unlocked is licensed on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for deployment in one (1) end product or live domain:

✓ Allowed: You may modify, customize, integrate, add features, and translate the code for your own project or for a single client project.

✓ Allowed: You may combine the code with other libraries and frameworks to build a commercial SaaS or website.

✗ Prohibited: You may not resell, sub-license, distribute for free, or host raw source files in public Git repositories.

✗ Prohibited: You may not extract individual component assets or templates to create competing marketplace offerings.

2 Extended / Developer Multi-Use License

An Extended License (available via admin quote or bundle selection) allows agencies and development studios to use the code across multiple client projects and unmetered end products, provided raw source files remain within the agency's controlled codebase.

3 Free Task-Unlocked Projects

Source code packages unlocked through our free task system are granted the same developer rights as standard purchases for learning, prototyping, and personal projects. Redistribution is strictly forbidden.

4 Warranty, Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond documented specifications. In no event shall Mr Arslan CEO NextGen Web Agency be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your server configuration, third-party database changes, or misuse.

5 License Verification & API Validation

All legitimate downloads include a cryptographic order hash and license verification token verifiable via our REST API at /api/v1/license/verify.
