Refund Policy
At Mr Arslan CEO NextGen Web Agency, we stand behind the quality of our source code marketplace, digital tools, and bespoke engineering services. This policy outlines our refund criteria, eligible cases, and resolution process.
1 Nature of Digital Source Code Deliverables
Because our source code packages, PHP scripts, and software assets are intangible, non-returnable digital goods containing complete unencrypted source files, standard physical goods return rules do not apply once the file archive and extraction keys are released. However, we guarantee full resolution in all verified legitimate dispute scenarios outlined below.
2 Eligible Refund Scenarios
If payment is verified but the system fails to generate your download token, or the provided archive is unrecoverably corrupted and our technical team cannot resolve it within 24 hours, a 100% full refund or wallet credit is issued immediately.
If you accidentally submit multiple payments or duplicate orders for the same item or subscription, excess payments will be refunded in full back to your source account or store wallet upon confirmation.
If a script or SaaS product materially differs from the verified features and technical specs advertised in its product description, and our engineering team cannot rectify the discrepancy, a full refund is honored.
Recurring subscription orders can be cancelled anytime through your account dashboard. If cancelled within 48 hours of initial renewal without usage, a pro-rated or full refund will be provided.
3 Ineligible Scenarios & Crypto Warnings
- Wrong Blockchain Network / Unsupported Coins: Transfers sent over the wrong crypto network (e.g. sending BEP20 to a TRC20 address or sending unsupported tokens) cannot be retrieved on the blockchain and are strictly non-refundable. Always verify the network before confirming.
- Change of Mind After Download: Requests made solely because you decided you no longer require the script after successfully extracting source files.
- Lack of Technical Hosting Requirements: Purchasing a script without checking the clearly listed PHP, MySQL, or server extensions requirement documented on the product page.
- Custom Development Milestones: Once a custom milestone or bespoke sprint is reviewed and approved by the client, funds allocated to that milestone are non-refundable.
4 How to Request a Refund or Dispute
To file a claim, open a support ticket from your Support Dashboard or contact our desk directly at Help Center within 7 days of purchase. Please include:
- Your Order ID or Donation Reference #
- Registered account email address
- Detailed description and screenshots of the technical issue or duplicate transfer receipt
Our verification team reviews and responds to all dispute inquiries within 12–24 business hours.
