1 Master Brand & Operational Structure

Mr Arslan CEO NextGen Web Agency is the single master agency brand. Operational divisions and product lines—including the Source Code Marketplace (ScriptNest), Apps and Subscriptions (NextGen Cloud Labs), Custom Development Services, and Developer Community—are divisions and service offerings operated under this unified organization.

2 User Accounts & Security

To access purchased source code, track digital subscriptions, or participate in the community, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and two-factor authentication (2FA) secrets.
• Providing accurate and verifiable email information for order delivery and receipt verification.
• All activities that occur under your account.

Notice: We enforce rate-limiting, bot detection, and password complexity rules to protect developer accounts against unauthorized access.

3 Source Code Marketplace & Licensing

All source code packages, PHP scripts, web applications, and UI kits downloaded through the marketplace are subject to our Software License Agreement.

• Allowed Use: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use, customize, and deploy the code for your personal or commercial applications according to the license tier selected.
• Restrictions: You may not redistribute, re-sell, lease, sublicense, or share raw uncompiled source packages publicly or on third-party marketplaces.
• Security & Integrity: We review code for malware and vulnerabilities. You remain responsible for running appropriate staging tests before deploying to production environments.

4 Payments, Wallet & Checkout

Catalog prices are denominated and displayed in USD. Supported checkout methods include USDT (TRC20), USDT (BEP20), Bank Transfer, and Store Wallet balances.

• Blockchain Payments: When paying with USDT or crypto, you must verify the selected network (e.g. TRC20 vs BEP20) prior to transfer. Transactions sent to incorrect networks or contracts cannot be recovered.
• Proof Verification: Manual payment proofs and transfer receipts are reviewed and approved by administrators before file release.
• Store Wallet: Deposits to the store wallet are strictly reserved for 1-click purchases and digital product unlocks on the platform.

5 Custom Development Services

Clients engaging Mr Arslan CEO NextGen Web Agency for bespoke development, script customization, payment integrations, or architecture consultation will receive a defined statement of work (SOW) outlining project scope, delivery milestones, warranty terms, and revision limits.

6 Refunds & Cancellations

Our refund and order dispute handling is governed by our dedicated Refund Policy.
